M+W Zander operates ist own technology equipment and facilities Innovation and Application Center. At our Stuttgart, Germany, headquarters, 60 full-time-specialists, engineers and technicians analyze, test, develop and optimize advanced products, environments, technologies and processes for clients who research or manufacture semiconductors, pharmaceutical or biotechnological products, nanomaterials, MEMS and other Microsystems technologies.
In the spacious Innovation & Application Center there are located several test facilities
- Chemical laboratory
- Test cleanrooms for microelectronic and pharmaceutical approach
- Echoic chamber
- Test setups for HVAC system component performance tests
- Filter test stand for HEPA and ULPA filters
- AMC filter test stands
- Pilot facilities for exhaust removal
- Metrology test chambers
